Data we process
Depending on how you use the site, we may process: name, email, phone number, contact form message content, technical data (IP address, cookie IDs, device and browser information), and — in the internal CRM — data of users authorized by ZISUC.
Purposes of processing
We process data to: • handle inquiries submitted via the contact form, • operate the partner clinic network and CRM panel, • ensure security and proper operation of the website, • run anonymous visit statistics — only after analytics cookie consent.
Legal bases
Processing is based on: • Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — contract or pre-contractual steps (handling inquiries), • Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interests (security, essential statistics), • Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent (analytics cookies, marketing where applicable).
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
